Applicant information is reviewed and matched against live job descriptions from our client employers, based on genuine fit rather than volume.
Professional branding & preparation
Once a match is identified, the applicant receives hands-on preparation support: CV and resume rebuilding, professional branding, and interview coaching — equipping them to present themselves confidently and competitively.
Interview scheduling
TechCo books and coordinates the applicant interview appointment with the employer, guiding the applicant through what to expect at every stage.
Placement
On successful placement, the applicant begins their new role, and the TechCo service fee becomes payable.

Only after you have completed the process and received your first salary or payment. Never before. That is the whole point of the deferred model — most applicants cannot pay for preparation upfront, so they should not have to.
No. The submission fee is a one-off charge when you send in the recruitment form. It covers processing and profile setup. The 35% service fee is separate and only applies after a successful, paid placement.
Partners share our open job postings and recommend suitable applicants. When a referred applicant completes the process, is placed, and pays the service fee in full, the partner earns 10% of the fee we collect. No commission is owed on a referral that does not reach full, paid placement.
